The Old Fish Market will be the site of Brixham Hope Hub on Tuesday 30th Sept from 4:00pm till 6:00pm. We have loads for fun activity and entertainment designed for young people and families.

Why is this important?

The five way to wellbeing are a pathway to better mental health. They are:

  1. Be Active:

Engage in physical activity that you enjoy, such as walking, cycling, dancing, or playing sports.

  2. Connect:

Build and maintain strong social relationships with friends, family, and your community.

  3. Give:

Make a positive contribution to others through acts of kindness, volunteering, or simply by helping out.

  4. Keep Learning:

Cultivate curiosity, try new things, and learn new skills, whether through a formal course or a personal hobby.

  5. Take Notice:

Be present and aware of the world around you, including nature, people, and your own thoughts and feelings.

So why not walk down the the Old Fish Market and get you five ways quota for the day. Come along and join it the fun
